Terms & Conditions – The Bharat Darshan

1. General Terms

These Terms govern all bookings made with The Bharat Darshan. By using our website or booking any tour, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legal agreement.

2. Booking Policy

Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment. Remaining balance must be paid before the tour start date.

Incorrect or incomplete traveler details may result in cancellation or extra charges.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Traveler

• 30+ days before departure: 80% refund
• 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund
• 0–15 days before departure: No refund

Flight tickets, hotel bookings, or permits may be non-refundable as per vendor policies.

4.2 Cancellation by The Bharat Darshan

We may cancel tours due to natural disasters, low participation, government restrictions, or unforeseen conditions.

In such cases, travelers will receive either a full refund or a free reschedule option.

5. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, road conditions, or operational issues.

Alternative arrangements of equal or greater value will be made when possible.

6. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers must:

• Follow instructions from guides and tour leaders.
• Carry valid government ID and required documents.
• Behave respectfully toward staff and other travelers.
• Avoid illegal or harmful activities.

We reserve the right to remove any traveler causing disturbance without refund.

7. Health & Safety

Travelers must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their participation.

We are not responsible for injuries caused by negligence, adventure activities, wildlife, or extreme weather.

8. Liability Disclaimer

The Bharat Darshan acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport providers, and activity partners.

We are not liable for:

• Flight or train delays/cancellations
• Loss or damage of personal belongings
• Accidents or injuries
• Delays due to traffic, strikes, or government orders

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer.

9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend travelers purchase insurance covering medical emergencies, accidents, lost baggage, and trip cancellation.

10. Passport & Visa (For International Tours)

Travelers must carry a valid passport with at least 6 months validity.

Visa approvals depend on embassy policies and fees are non-refundable.

11. Photography & Media Rights

Photos and videos taken during tours may be used for marketing unless the traveler requests otherwise in writing.

12. Complaints & Customer Support

For issues during the tour, inform the tour leader immediately.
